Texture.

Texture is the pulse behind every piece I make. Surrounded by density, shadow, and the raw, layered surfaces of the coast, this atmosphere naturally seeps into my work.

I'm drawn to tactility above all; there's nothing I love more than working with my hands, feeling the clay respond as I carve, mould, and shape it until the surface holds the same organic irregularity found in nature.

It's less about decoration and more about translation. Turning bush light, weathered stone, and muted earth tones into something tactile and held.

ISH x Zephyr

The 'Ripple' mug is a quiet homage to the ocean - fluid, grounding, and beautifully unpredictable.

Its shape follows the natural curve of the hand, as if sculpted by tide and time.

Soft blue glazes ebb and flow across the surface, echoing the stillness and movement of water. A mug made to be held - for a moment to pause
